Alton Jones

Alton Jones, 64, of Portsmouth, OH., passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH., he was born in Cincinnati, OH., September 15, 1959 a son of the late Harold and Patricia Hammonds Jones.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one brother, Stacy Jenkins; two sisters, Pam Jones and Tracy Brinker.

Left behind to cherish his memory are one sister, Wilma Jenkins of Blue Creek, OH; three brothers, Danny Jones of Portsmouth, OH., Casey Jenkins and Joey Jenkins both of Blue Creek, OH; one special nephew, Brandon Jenkins; one special niece, Carly Jenkins; eleven other nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Alton was a beloved brother and Uncle. At his request there will be no services. Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., are caring for arrangements.
