Andrew Daugherty

Andrew Harrison Daugherty, 82, of Frankfort, KY., passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Frankfort Regional Medical Center in Frankfort, KY. He was born December 15, 1943, in Pikeville, KY., a son of the late Edison Daugherty and Ivory Tomblin Daugherty.

Andrew was a United States Air Force Veteran.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Ann Hurley Daugherty; three brothers, Allen Daugherty, Roger Daugherty, and Bobby Joe Daugherty.

Left behind to cherish his memory are one son, Eddie Daugherty, and one daughter-in-law, Kathleen Daugherty of Frankfort, KY; two granddaughters, Elissabeth and Emmaliah Daugherty; two sisters, Millie Fields and Emma Dotson; along with several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with pastor Donny McKenzie officiating. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation for Family and friends will be on Thursday at the funeral home from 12 P.M. until the funeral hour.
