Barbara Sue Welch

Barbara Sue Welch, 77, of Portsmouth, OH., passed away February 8, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Portsmouth, OH., June 17, 1945 a daughter of the late Harlan and Mona Dillow Welch.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by one sister Jane Welch.

Left behind to cherish her memory are one brother, John Welch of Portsmouth, OH; one niece, Jenifer Welch of Ironton, OH; one nephew, Andrew Welch and many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Private graveside services were held Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home cared for arrangements.
