Beatrice Ruggles (Leadingham) Bowling

Beatrice Armela Leadingham Ruggles Bowling, 88, of Waverly, OH., formerly of South Shore, KY., went to be with her Lord Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Bristle Village in Waverly, OH. She was born in Maloneton, KY., May 7, 1932 a daughter of the late Kerney and Letha Boggs Leadingham.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband Howard Ruggles whom passed away in 1997 and her second husband James Bowling whom passed away in 2009; one son, Thomas Ray Ruggles; one son in law, Robert Patrick; four sisters, Hazel Green, Blanch Hall, Gladys Ratcliff and Faye Harr Morris.

Left behind to cherish her memory are one daughter, Loretta (Gary) Marcum of Waverly, OH; one son Earl (Linda) Ruggles of Berea, KY; two sisters, Sue Ratcliff of South Shore, KY., and Patsy Murray of Waverly, OH; one brother, Jesse Leadingham of Bedford, IN; four granddaughters, Kimberly (Mike) Laney, Victoria (Jim) Robinson, Sara (Aaron) Wilson and Amie (Sam) Ruggles; three great-grandchildren, Dylan Robinson, Amila Robinson, Kelsey Wilson along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral Services will be 1 P.M. Monday, December 14, 2020 at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Elders Clayton Oliver and Marshall Oliver officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation will be Monday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions funeral home chapel is limited to 50% capacity.
