Besselene Nunley Blaine, 103, of St. Paul, KY., Left her earthly home and crossed peacefully over to heaven on January 11, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Firebrick, KY., October 6, 1920 a daughter of the late Edward and Elmira Bentley Nunley.
She was of the Baptist Faith, member of the Eastern Star, and a Kentucky Colonel. Besselene was proud to be a homemaker, she was a devoted mother, she loved her family, her home and taking care of her flowers.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Levi George Blaine; one son, Bobby Blaine; one brother, William Nunley and one infant sister Marry Lou Nunley.
Left behind to cherish her memory are one daughter, Ginger Kamer of Firebrick, KY; one granddaughter, Kathy (Alan) Bays of Bowling Green, KY; two great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, four step-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Raymond Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Greene Cemetery in St. Paul, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M.
