Billy Lee Duncan

Billy Lee Duncan, 86, of Portsmouth, OH., passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025, at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. He was born in Portsmouth, OH., August 12, 1938, a son of the late William and Virginia Moore Duncan.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one son, Steven Lee Duncan and one brother Larry Duncan.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Fern Richmond Duncan; two sons, Barry (Susie) Duncan of Bellefonte, KY., and Tim (Louvina) Duncan of Summerton, SC; two sisters, Nina Richards and Lisa Duncan both of South Portsmouth, KY; stepmother, Bertha Duncan; sister-in-law, Iva Duncan; along with several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

At Billy’s request there will be a private inurnment, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Wheelersburg, OH. Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home are caring for arrangements.
