Chester Arthur Blevins JR

Chester Arthur Blevins JR, 74, of Middletown, OH., passed away Friday, November 4, 2022 at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH. He was born September 12, 1948 in Raceland, KY., a son of the late Chester and Bessie Stevens Blevins.

Chester was a U.S. Army Veteran and enjoyed collecting knives and coins.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Edward Blevins.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 33 years Karon Gaye Vaughn Blevins; one son, Michael Shawn Blevins; two step daughters, LaVonda Karole (Ken) Moore and LaJama Carleen (Don) Perry; one step son, Laranza (Melinda) Royster; one sister, Leona Griffith; eight grandchildren, Johnathan David Royster, Brandon James Royster, Hailey Bess Royster, Dillon Wayne Vance, Brittany Carleen Holeman, Emily Renee Moore, Hollie Jean Moore and Isabella Nicole Blevins; one great grandchild on they way and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral Services will be 12 P.M. Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Pastor Charles Wayne Blevins officiating. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast in Grayson, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until 12 P.M.
