Daniel Ray Potter Sr.

DANIEL RAY POTTER SR. 56, of South Shore, KY died Saturday November 26, 2016 at
the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
He was born April 9, 1960 in Ashland, KY.
Dan was retired from Ashland Oil / Marathon after 34 years of service. He was
also a US Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Phoebe Potter.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Nancy Liles Potter and their two
children, Daniel (Lorie) Potter of Argillite and Tasha (Shane) May of South
Shore. He is also survived by his three grandchildren who he loved dearly;
Bailey Potter, Easton Potter and Paxton May.
He left behind many other beloved family members. He will be missed greatly.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Tuesday November 29, 2016 at MORTON FUNERAL
HOME in South Shore with Greg Hudson officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky
Veterans Cemetery North East in Greenup County. Visitation will be Monday from 6
to 8 pm at the funeral home
