David Martin Lewis

David Martin Lewis, 69, of McDermott, OH., passed away December 5, 2024, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH. He was born in Portsmouth, OH., on July 30, 1955, a son of the late John Thomas Lewis and JoAnn Murry Lewis Ayers.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Daryl Lewis, Donald Lewis, and Phillip Lewis.

David enjoyed fishing, joking, and shooting pool.

He is survived by two brothers, Robert “Bob” Lewis of Lucasville, OH., and Tom Lewis of Lake Panasoffkee, FL; one son, Eric Lewis of Portsmouth, OH; two nephews, Jeremiah Lewis and Derek Lewis; three nieces, Beth Anne Lewis, Andrea Jo Lewis and Kelsee Payton; his lifelong friend, Lisa Brown; one great nephew, Jackson Lewis; two great nieces, Baily Morgan and Phoebe Lewis.

At David's request, there will be no services.
