Donald E. Howard Jr. "Preacher", 62, of South Shore, KY died Wednesday November 9, 2016 at his residence. He was born July 5, 1954 in Ironton, Ohio. He was an auto mechanic and a US Navy veteran.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday November 12, 2016 at Morton Funeral Home in South Shore. Visitation will be Saturday from 11am to the time of services at 1pm.
