Gage Lane Anderson

Gage Lane Anderson, 17 of South Shore, KY., passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH. He was born in Portsmouth, OH., August 22, 2006, a son of Jason and Brittanie Sexton Anderson.

Gage is preceded in death by his aunt Crystal Lacey Fugate and great grandparents Marion and Helen Eldridge.

Along with his parents, left behind to cherish his memory are three siblings, Gabe Sexton of South Portsmouth, KY., Brittan Anderson and Maison Anderson both of South Shore, KY; great-uncle and aunt Tim (Amy) Lacy of South Portsmouth, KY; grandparents, Renee Ginn of South Portsmouth, KY., Arthur (Teresa) Sexton of Quincy, KY, Martina (James) Hatfield of Columbus, OH., and Robin Ray of Wellston, OH; Great Granparents, Everett (Janet) Lacey of South Portsmouth, KY, Martha Sexton of South Shore, KY, and Dianna Anderson of Sciotoville, OH; Aunts, Katie (Adam)Slusher of Wheelersburg, OH., Khloe Ginn of South Portsmouth, KY., and Holly McDowell of Medina, OH; uncles, Ryan (Cassi) Coe of Portsmouth, OH., Charles Cook of Sciotoville, OH., and Kodi Sexton of South Portsmouth, KY.  As well as his closet cousin, Tyler (Elizabeth) McKenzie of Pryor, OK; cousins, Kadeyn, Krae-Lynn, Kyleigh, Bradley, Adalee, Kingston, Matthias, Damion, Italy and  several other family and friends who will sadly miss him; his best friends, Dallas Bradley, Hayden Plummer and Lelan Holcomb.

Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Pastor Kenny Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation will be Monday, August 19, 2024 at the funeral home from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. and from 11 A.M. until the service hour on Tuesday.
