Irvin Thomas Wood

Irvin Thomas Woods, 67, of South Shore, KY., passed away November 29, 2023 at his residence. He was born December 21, 1955 in Roanoke, VA., a son of the late Irvin and Vivian Angell Wood.

Irvin was a United States Air Force Veteran.

Left behind to cherish his memory are one son, John (Samantha) Wood of West Portsmouth, OH; two sisters, Brenda (Obie) Owens of Lexington, KY., and Valerie (Dave) Robinette of Stone, KY; two grandchildren, Liahnna Bishop, Landon Wood and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

At Irvin’s request there will be a private memorial service held at a later date. Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., are caring for arrangements.
