Jason Lee Burgett, 38, of Piketon, OH., passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Adena Pike Medical Center in Waverly, OH. He was born July 24, 1983 in Gainesville, Fl., a son of Greg (Melissa Berlin) Brown of Mason, MI., and the late Thelma Burgett.

Along with his mother he is preceded in death by one brother, Brandon Brown; mother-in-law, Ruth Munn; two nieces, Ryanna Brown and Heidi Brown.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Melissa Munn Burgett; one son, Gabriel Burgett of Piketon, OH; one sister, Megan (Jason) Spillman of Piketon, OH; one brother, Athony Brown of South Shore, KY; father-in-law, Dennis Munn of Holt, MI; sister-in-law, Kimberly (Mohamed) Moussa of Marlboro, NJ; two brothers-in-law’s, Tim Munn of Holt, MI. and Chris Munn of Holt, MI. and several other nieces, nephews, family and friends who will sadly miss him.

There will be a Memorial Service at a later date. Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., are caring for arrangements.
