Jimmie Averal Billups Jr.

JIMMIE AVERAL BILLUPS JR, 41, of South Shore, KY died Tuesday August 28, 2018 in Tipp City, Ohio. He was born May 23, 1977 in Troy, Ohio. He is the son of Jimmie and Marilyn (Jones) Billups of South Shore, KY, who thought he was the best son in the world.

Jimmie graduated from Greenup County High School in 1996. He was a union carpenter of Local #200 in Columbus, Ohio. He loved to fish, hunt and ride his Harley Davidson. Jimmie loved his family and friends. His heart and spirit embraced all that he knew. He was both a beloved son and brother. He would always be the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He will be missed dearly.

In addition to his parents he is survived by three sisters; Osha Marie Malone of Wheelersburg, OH, Elissa Pearl Felty of Lloyd, KY, and Wakita Dawn Billups of South Shore, KY, Nephews; Jeriah Hunt, Waylon Malone, Oakley Malone, Jake Huntley Felty, Haxton Felty and Faron Young, and one niece; Heidi Felty.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Friday August 31, 2018 at MORTON FUNERAL HOME in South Shore, KY, with Don Seevers officiating. Burial will be in Logan Cemetery, Rt. 784 South Shore, KY. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2pm Friday at the funeral home.
