Josephine Bentley Miller

JOSEPHINE BENTLEY MILLER, 91, of South Shore, KY died Monday September 10, 2018 at Community Hospice in Ashland, KY. She was born November 25, 1926 in Carter County, KY, a daughter of the late Mose Bentley and Ruth Applegate Bentley.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Millis Miller; seven brothers; seven sisters; one granddaughter, Arial Rhoden; and a son-in-law, Colman Wolfe.
She was a wife, mother ,grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She retired from the Greenup County School System. She enjoyed taking care of children and reminiscing about the past.
Surviving are her children; Jim (Sylvia) Miller of Covington, GA, Janet Wolfe of South Shore, KY, Millard (Trish) Miller of South Shore, KY, and Kelvin (Bonnie) Miller of South Shore, KY.; 14 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday September 14, 2018 at Morton Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, with Don Seevers officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in South Shore. Visitation will be from 10am to Noon Friday at the funeral home.
