Lisa Toppins Obituary

Lisa Marie Toppins, 59 of West Portsmouth, OH, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024 at her residence. She was born May 20, 1964 in Annapolis, MD, a daughter of the late Homer and Hellen Ur Teeters.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Lloyd Toppins II; three children, Benjamin Lloyd (Kiersten) Toppins of Middletown, OH, Jessica Dawn (Cameron Pilgrim) Toppins of Batavia, OH, and Joseph David Toppins of Middletown, OH; two grandchildren, Aliyah Rose Toppins and Alexander Lloyd Toppins; two sisters, Nancy (Charles) Rupert of Glen Burnie, MD, and Lynn Teeters of Glen Burnie, MD; and one half-brother, James Teeters, as well as several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at the Nile Community Church 9731 OH-125 West Portsmouth, OH 45663 on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
