Mary Wroten

Mary Laura Winters Wroten, 82, of South Shore, KY., passed away November 23, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Letitia, KY., December 16, 1939 a daughter of the late Ray Franklin Winters and Goldie Anderson Winters.

Mary was a Homemaker, she enjoyed sewing, and reading books.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by two daughters, Joyce and JoAnn Wroten; one brother, Paul Harold Winters and two dogs, Mack and Chloe.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 64 years Harold Eugene Wroten; one daughter, Angela (Michael) Wohlfrom of Pataskala, OH; one brother, Kenneth (Jeanie) Winters of South Shore, KY; three sisters, Francis (Harold) Middleton of South Shore, KY., Sarah (Tim) Book of Portsmouth, OH., and Roseann (Paul Zuefle) Sloas of South Shore, KY; two grandchildren, Rocky Robey and Summer Wohlfrom. Along with her dog Travis.

A memorial service will be held 1 P.M. Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday from 11 A.M. until the service hour. Inurnment will follow at MT Zion Cemetery in South Shore, KY.
