Michael Lee Monk, 68, of Portsmouth, Ohio died Wednesday March 30, 2016 at Pristine Senior Living in Portsmouth. He was born April 11, 1947 in Portsmouth a son of the late Donald Monk and Lorraine Edgington Monk. He was a retired Physical Therapist.
Graveside services were held at 3pm Friday April 1, 2016 at McKendree Cemetery in Stout, Ohio.
