Robin (Bentley) Dowdy

Robin L. Bentley Dowdy, 65, of South Shore, KY., passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH. She was born in Cleveland, OH., August 16, 1956 a daughter of the late Raymond and Helen Sexton Bentley.

Robin loved Gardening and Landscaping but most of all her grandkids, in her eyes they never did no wrong.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Christopher Ray Bentley.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Wayne “Butch” Dowdy; one son, Ryan Dowdy of Milford, OH; one daughter, Jaynie Dowdy of South Shore, KY; three brothers, Ricky (Kay) Bentley of Willis MI., Randy (Debbie) Bentley of South Shore, KY., and Ronald (Tonya) Bentley of South Shore, KY; one sister-in-law, Vicki Bentley of South Shore, KY; two grandchildren; Avery Taylor, Reese Taylor and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral Services will be 11 A.M. Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Kenny Fox officiating. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation will be Friday, May 27, 2022 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home and from 10 A.M. until the service hour on Saturday.
