Sandra Jean (Smith) Parsley

SANDRA JEAN PARSLEY, 74, of South Shore, KY passed away Monday September 21, 2020 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. She was born May 26, 1946 in Columbus, OH a daughter of the late Orley Parcell and Freda Smith. She was also preceded in death by a sister in law, Debbie Elias and a daughter, Madge Parsley.

She is survived by her beloved family; husband, Roger Parsley; daughters, Tonya (Ray) Lester and Pepper McNabb; brother, Dennis Newsome; niece, Yvonne Newsome; grandchildren, Tara Kime, Tabitha Lester, Tiffany (Mark) Lester, Brittany McNabb, Matt McNabb, Breanna (Moe) Rufai and Shane Neff; and 10 great grandchildren. She had many siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was truly an angel on earth and will be missed dearly. She touched so many lives and made a difference in this world.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday September 24, 2020 at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore with Norman Potter officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery in South Shore. Visitation will be 11am to Noon Thursday.
