Steven R. Grayson

Steven R. Grayson, 63, of South Shore, KY ended his battle with cancer on
Thursday October 19, 2017 at his residence.
He was born May 18, 1954 in Portsmouth, OH, a son of the late Darwin Grayson and
Margaret Webster Grayson.
He was a retired Union Boilermaker, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of Sons of
the American Legion, James Flannery Post 276. He was a 1972 graduate of McKell
High School, where he was a varsity football player.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Sue
Grayson; brother, Dale Grayson; and sister-in-law Vickie Sprinkle Grayson.
He is survived by his children; Chad Grayson, Thomas Grayson, Stevie Grayson,
Taylor Grayson and Aleah Grayson. Two step-daughters; Ashley Blackburn and
Brooke Potter France. One brother Duane (Diane Middleton) Grayson and several
grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Monday October 23, 2017 at MORTON FUNERAL
HOME in South Shore with Gary Vaughn officiating. The burial will be a private
family interment. Visitation will be Sunday from 6 to 8pm at the funeral home.
