Tammy Church

Tammy Lee Church, 57 of Wheelersburg, OH passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Bridgeport Nursing & Rehab in Portsmouth, OH. She was born April 25, 1963 in Lenoir, NC a daughter of Millie Ann Bean Madison and the late Charles William Plyler.

Along with her father she is preceded in death by one brother Baby Plyler.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband James Franklin Church; mother, Millie Madison and stepfather Leon Madison of Lenoir, NC; two sons, Daniel McGee of Lenoir, NC and Andrew Winters of W. VA;  two daughters, Tiffany Church and Julie Church both of Piketon, OH; one sister, Tisha Coffey of Swansboro, NC and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

A Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date. Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY are caring for arrangements.
