Teresa "Pokie" Sue Fraley Blankenship, 48, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away in her home on December 15th, 2018. Pokie was born in Portsmouth on July 31st, 1970 to Susan (Gardner) Fraley Queen and Richard "Rich" Fraley.
A fervent advocator for the betterment of her town and community, Pokie was well-known for helping countless people with her various jobs; being a bail bondsman, private investigator, insurance salesmen, and mother. Pokie was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Queen. She is survived by her children, PJ Scott-Blankenship and Aimee Blankenship, her mother Susan Queen, her father Richard Fraley (married to Janice Fraley), her sister Angella Fraley (Steven) Boyer and her brother Richard "Richie" (Sarah) Fraley, her stepbrothers Jesse (Amanda) Johnson and Steve Johnson, her nephews Alex Arthurs and Cory Boyer, her special friend Josh Mabry, many stepsiblings, stepfamilies, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and her beloved dog Axel.
A visitation will be held Thursday, December 20th from 6 to 8 PM, and from 10am to 11am Friday, with the funeral at 11 AM Friday, December 21st, both services will be held at MORTON FUNERAL HOME in South Shore, Kentucky, officiated by Brian Holbrook.
