William Ralph Madden, 67, of Greenup, KY passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. He was born July 24, 1953, a son of Herman “Richard” Madden and Bessie Lee Madden of Greenup, KY.
Ralph was a retired administrator and teacher of Scioto Career and Technical Center. He was a member of the Antioch Christian Church, where he served as a deacon. He was an avid supporter of youth sports where he coached and mentored many throughout the years in the community. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his four grandsons. Ralph was truly the kindest person. He was a friend to many and will be greatly missed by all.
Along with his parents, surviving are his wife Connie Moore Madden; two daughters, Sara (Daniel) Gullett and Jessica (Jeff) Lewis both of Greenup, KY; one sister, Vickie (Art) Blair; one brother, Alan (Markie) Madden both of Greenup, KY; four grandsons, Eli Lewis, Jack Gullett, Gage Gullett and Landry Lewis. Along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Greenup Meals on Wheels. Due to Covid-19 health concerns face coverings and social distancing are required.
